Professional Belgian linen stretched canvas

The Professional Belgian Linen stretched canvas from Phoenix is made with high-quality Belgian linen, one of the supports most valued by professional artists. Its weight of 400 g/m² and medium grain offer a firm, resistant and balanced surface, designed for demanding work and pieces intended to last.

The surface incorporates Phoenix triple universal priming, which provides a ready-to-paint ground with good colour adhesion, balanced absorption and suitable luminosity for oil, acrylic and mixed media. The natural texture of the linen gives a precise response and a pictorial presence especially valued in study, portrait, landscape or exhibition formats.

Mounted on a pine wood stretcher with a bevelled profile, it allows work on a suspended, stable surface. On large formats, it may include internal crossbars or crosses to reinforce stability. Available in a wide range of formats and in 22 × 37 mm and 28 × 54 mm profiles, it includes wooden wedges to readjust canvas tension.
